New this fall: A mid-week Bible study for men and women. Have you ever wanted to learn more about the Bible? If you dislike Biblethumpers, but want to know what the fuss is all about in this sacred text...then these sessions are for you! This Fall we will begin a series of 6 week session on "Bible Basics". It will be a fun interactive class where "dumb questions" are especially invited. We will begin to explore God's Word beginning with a 6 week session Introducing the Bible. Men and women, members and friends, beginnings or lifelong learners are welcome. We will begin with an Orientation session from 6-7:30 PM Monday, September 21st. No homework, prep work...no Bible needed.
You are welcome to choose this six week session or sign up for the next one: "Bible Interpretation". After each of the six sessions, people can join in or take a break. This class will be taught by our new parish associate, Julie Johnson.
